2. Orders and sale

Placing an order: Submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract.

Confirmation: A member of our team will call you to confirm the order and take your delivery address. The contract of sale is formed at the point of our confirmation call.

Prices: All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made to the courier on delivery (cash or debit/credit card). No payment is taken online or upfront.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us directly.

3. Disclaimer regarding Zoryn

Zoryn is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information on this website does not constitute medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. 5. Returns and cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, Fitnessflushing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from the use of Zoryn beyond the statutory rights afforded to UK consumers.

7. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to a certified UK ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
