Magnesium at 150 mg contributes to normal muscle function, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to electrolyte balance. Zinc at 10 mg contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Both are found in wholegrains, nuts and seeds.
